4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and select digital wallets.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

In case of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and provide the option to proceed or cancel.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Processing Time: 2–4 business days
Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be shown during checkout. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

While we aim for timely delivery, Solvea is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Solvea pieces. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

To be eligible:

Items must be unused and unworn
Returned in original packaging with all tags intact
Free from scratches or damage

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

7. Jewellery Care & Disclaimer

Artificial jewellery may naturally tarnish over time depending on usage and exposure to moisture, perfumes, sweat, and chemicals.

We recommend:

Avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals
Storing jewellery in dry, airtight packaging
Handling pieces with care

Solvea is not responsible for damage caused due to improper care or regular wear and tear.
